Exchange Process

Decorated items including print, embroidery, personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or numbering, and items marked final sale may not be returned to bloomco.

bloomco does have a 15-day exchange review policy. If you are not happy with your order because of size or quality, you can contact bloomco through our website for review by going to https://bloomcoinc.com/contact/. We offer affordable comfort clothing and our prices reflect that, but we want to make everyone happy and understand every situation is different so please reach out to us.

Return Policy

Eligible returns received within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase or without a bloomco proof of purchase will excluded by this return policy.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping charges only when accompanied by a bloomco proof of purchase. If neither the customer nor bloomco can locate this documentation, the refund will be issued at the value determined by bloomco.

Decorated items including print, embroidery, personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or numbering, and items marked final sale may not be returned to bloomco and are excluded by this Return Policy.

All returns are final. Items sent to bloomco outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
